COLDCHAIN refers to special supply chain systems. Perishable food products are processed, stored, transported, distributed and retailed from the point of acquisition or harvesting at the point of origin until they reach the consumer, where they are kept at the low temperatures necessary for the product to be of good quality.

Cold Chain Transportation Precautions
  • Use non-ventilated boxes for frozen goods.
  • Fresh goods are packed in boxes with ventilated side walls and the boxes must be pressure-resistant.
Frozen goods are not allowed to have wind blowing over the surface. This is because wind blowing across the surface of frozen goods will cause the loss of moisture in the goods, which will lead to a deterioration in the quality of the goods. This is the reason why our country has enacted the law that “bulk frozen food is not allowed to be sold” and must be packaged for sale.
Fresh goods due to its own characteristics, products in the storage and transportation process is still in the breathing state, if not well ventilated, the goods will deteriorate and damage. Therefore, we must ensure that such goods have good ventilation and air exchange;
